How to get smugged

If one more person tells me I need to get a new pair of headphones I'll not be responsible for my actions.

Yesterday, the most popular matching his-and-hers tabloids of choice in the UK (The Sun and The Times) took great delight in splashing the front page with a story about thieves targetting wearers of white headphones for their iPod.

If you're an iPod owner who's not been mugged, you'll surely suffer a smugging from your colleagues. Four people today have taken great pleasure in pointing out that I'm risking my life when I step outside. "Thank goodness I don't own one," they seem to be trying to convince to themselves.

Yeah yeah. While I appreciate your concern I think I'll hang on to it just that little while longer.
